If you are looking for a company to get your floors looking great again, then look no further! These guys are the best out there. I work for a fitness company that operates several gyms across the region. I recently contracted Scher Flooring to see what they could do with the floors at our highest traffic club. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being best, the floors were probably a 3. They weren’t in the best shape. They came out and did a demo on a small portion. At first, the results weren’t spectacular. However, here’s the impressive part. David and Andy went out of their way to do research and come up with a different process and came back and demoed again. This time they brought the floors from a 3 to a solid 8.5-9. We went ahead and did the whole floor and the difference was amazing. The floors look almost new again! The customer service, the work itself, and the entire experience with this company was top notch. We will definitely use them for the rest of the clubs and on recurring intervals. 10/10 recommend.

Highly recommend David and his team for all your commercial cleaning needs. I own a flooring installation company and whenever my clients need a cleaning company I always send them along to David the Owner of Scher Commercial Floor Cleaning. Over the years I have always received amazing feedback from everyone! On one occasion my carpet installers accidentally spilled commercial grade carpet tile adhesive and his team was able to clean the mess up quickly and effectively! The team is quick to respond, very professional and a fair price!

Great flooring cleaning and finishing experience. These guys came in at night after we closed, cleaned the floor and put a new finish on it and it looks as good as new. Highly recommend! Thanks!

Scher Flooring Services always exceeds our expectations! I have used Scher Flooring for many years. Our childcare center has many classrooms and our floors have heavy traffic areas that endure exposure to spills and stains often. Scher Flooring perform both carpet cleaning and hard surface cleaning for our company. We are extremely happy with the quality of the services performed and especially appreciate the team's attention to detail. Mind In Motion Child Care - Gaithersburg, MD
