They weren’t in the best shape. They came out and did a demo on a small portion. At first, the results weren’t spectacular. However, here’s the impressive part. David and Andy went out of their way to do research and come up with a different process and came back and demoed again. This time they brought the floors from a 3 to a solid 8.5-9. We went ahead and did the whole floor and the difference was amazing. The floors look almost new again! The customer service, the work itself, and the entire experience with this company was top notch.
