Complimentary Site Visit & Floor Inspection

The program starts with a complimentary site visit and inspection where one of our trained and certified consultants will walk your property evaluating and measuring your floorcoverings. We will then provide you with a suggested program designed specifically for your property and types of floors. This program considers your property’s foot traffic, internal janitorial services and, most importantly, your budget. We are able to uniquely design your program by picking the best cleaning methodology, chemicals and frequencies all created to work within your budget and maximize the return on investment (ROI) that you have made in your flooring surfaces.

We Take the Responsibility of Your Floors Off of You and Onto Us

We offer scheduled maintenance programs on a host of frequencies: weekly, monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annual basis, based on your specific needs.  Our maintenance programs will ensure that you never miss a scheduled flooring or restoration service again. We take the responsibility for the dates, the scheduling and the specific maintenance services that are needed and have programs that fit every budget.
